Dad Jolts Awake After Nightmare of Reaching Airport With Only Two Hours Left Before Flight
BLOOMINGTON, MN — Family members say Jason Ambrose, a father of six, woke up shaken after experiencing a terrifying dream in which he and his family arrived at the airport with only two hours remaining before their flight.
According to those close to him, the nightmare began when Jason realized he hadn’t finished packing the family’s luggage the night before. Things quickly spiraled as he struggled to get six children into the minivan, battled unexpected delays, and finally pulled up to the terminal with what felt like almost no time left.
“For me, that’s the definition of panic,” Jason said. “I usually like to be at the airport five or six hours early so nothing can go wrong. But in the dream, I checked my watch and realized we had just two hours to print boarding passes, clear security, make restroom stops, and grab snacks and water for the kids. Everything felt like it was falling apart.”
His wife, Ellie, said airport-related nightmares aren’t unusual whenever the family has a trip planned.
“He’s been thinking about our Florida vacation nonstop,” she explained. “We’re still weeks away, but he’s already stressing over every detail. If anything, he’s probably worried because the packing isn’t completely finished yet.”
Sources say Jason eventually woke up in relief—only to fall asleep again and dream that the entire family had successfully passed through security with plenty of time to spare before discovering they were waiting at the wrong terminal.
In unrelated political news, rumors about Senator Mitch McConnell’s health continued circulating, while members of his staff insisted he remains fully capable of completing his Senate term despite the speculation.
